I can't see it doing what you say but ..
Find UAC settings and slide the slider down to the bottom Windows > Help & Support Search for UAC Turn UAC On or Off >> Click to open settings I'm sure you know that having two versions of Office is not always a good idea though it does usually work (and I have the same set up)! I take it you only have one version of Outlook/?
