How do I remove the arrows left in a PowerPointshow 2003?
And end or stop with ESC.

Can you elaborate a little. It appears that you want to go into Slide Show> Set Up Show.

And make sure ESC end show is clicked. However im not sure what you mean with the arrows.

During the show you will see a small arrow a pencil, a square and another a little arrow in the lower left corner.
How can I permanently delete it?

Tools > Options > View tab
UNTICK Show PopUp Tools

Note this only works on your PC. If you send the show to someone else thay will come back!
