Hi.
I have two email accounts configured in Outlook (if it's matters, both belongs to google). I want that when I get an email from specific domain (e.g. *@xyz.com) the "replay from address" will be one of the two. Lets say I have josh@gmail.com & bosh@gmail.com. Lets say other person (person@gmail.com) sends an email to both accounts (josh@gmail.com & bosh@gmail.com). Lets say I want to replay his emails. I want that he will get two replies from same address (say josh@gmail.com), and not one replay per account (one from josh@gmail.com and one from bosh@gmail.com). |

net,
The easiest way to send the same message to one person using two SMTP address, is to first create a message template so you can access the template to be sent twice. Of course this is bassed off the premise your sending a static message. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...101829163.aspx |
