To hep you locate what is causing this, can you please be more specific in the type of email account you are using.
- What type of email account are you suing? IE POP3, IMAP or Exchange? - Do you have any external devices, like a mobile device, confuigred to this account? - Have you enabled Auto Archiving? - When you stated " The server is removing the messages after sending them to Outlook", do these messages remain in Outlook? Keep us updated.
