One day I was working in my To Do list and selected the "by person responsible" view. Now when I click on the Tasks button from my Inbox view, the To Do view opens but the list of tasks doesn't appear. I see "Loading ....." but that's as far as it goes. All I can do is force Outlook to shut down then restart it.

I ran scanost.exe but nothing has changed.

Does anyone know of a fix for this problem please?
