Hello,
I have a user who has Outlook 2007. He has the Junk Email filter set up with the "safe lists only" option. This means that when a message comes in from soneone not on his safe sender list it goes directly to the junk email folder. Then he checks to see if this is someone he wants to deal with and adds them to safe senders list. He has a large blocked senders list for people he knows he doesn't want to deal with. Is there a way to have messages from just people on the blocked senders list be deleted immediately, but not auto-delete the other messages that go into the junk email folder? Or does anyone have any recommendations for a cheap / free spam filter add in that has slightly more options than the built in Outlook filter? |

Instead of adding people to the blocked senders list he can create a contact group and create a rule to move the messages directly to the deleted items folder when a message is recieved from that group. He can then keep adding people to the contact group.
