Hi
I am receiving e-mails as part of a group. The e-mail is sent to ???@###.co.uk and that is forwarded to me and a number of other people. When it arrives in my inbox I want to forward it to another address as well as copy it to a folder. I have used the rule: Sent to name of group Mark it as High importance and forward it to ???@###.co.uk and ????@####.co.uk and move it to Heather folder All the names were chosen from my contacts list. It is marking it as important, moving it to Heather folder and is going out through my sent folder but the outlook on the other end is not picking it up. Does anyone know why this might be? Sorry for the panicked post but I need to get this working ASAP and am stumped. Thanks heaps Heather |

If the messages are showing as being sent, maybe they are being filtered by the recepients server or mail client. Have them check their junk/spam folder.

Hi there
Thanks for the reply. The e-mail is going to me just to a different site. I've checked my spam and it's not there. Thanks anyway tho... |

If you are able to send emails directly to these contacts, Try removing one of the users and see if the rule forwards the mail to the contact. If you noticed that the message still does not reach the contact, try removing the email address and retyping it in or test using a different one.
Hope this helps. |
