Default Do Apostrophes compromise emails?

There are several emails in my sent folder that have email addresses with apostrophes, immediately before and after, but I didn't wrote them. Can this be any kind of mistake of outlook and could it compromise the emails sent to those specific email addresses?

Ex: example@gmail.com (how I wrote or outlook auto-completed) --> 'example@gmail.com' (how it appears in the sent folder)

Thank you
