Does anyone know where the control is to tell Outlook 2010 how often to Send/Receive?

Thank you for the assistance. I tried what the link suggested and my time was already set to Send/Receive every 1 minute, which is what I want because I get over 100 emails per day and I need to stay on top of them.

The only problem is - my new emails only pop up when I click Send/Receive - even though it is set for every 1 minute.

If it is a pop account, you will have to click send/receive. It is not automatic.

I still wonder why they give you the option of setting the time - when, as you said, it doesn't work anyway on a POP account......
