Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 stopped working

What do you do to when Outlook hangs everytime u use it. This is frustration. The message comes up : 'Outlook has stopped working.
Check online for solution or restart the program'!
How do I fix it if online solution is not working?. I am not computer literate and have no idea how to change the registry PLEASE

1.How do I repair it?
2.If I need to reinstall, what about my email addresses and old emails?
3.Where do I get scanpst.exe

Hi mate, first try killing the current profile then rebuild it again. Go to program files then mail and show profiles. delete the current profile then create a new one.
