Like I said, I launched Outlook in it's 'safe mode' (Which disables all add-ons)

I saw your thread reply. My Outlook 2007 'has stopped working' notice comes up. Everytime ypu must force closure to shut down PC (8/12 old) HOE DO you LAUNCH OUTLOOK IN 'safe mode' I am not PC bright!
