Kunta,

One thing you can do is check into Hosted Exchange packages - they are usually on the order of $30-$50 a month. I like Intermedia.net, because you get a free copy of Outlook with each mailbox.

You could also get by without Exchange altogether. See http://slipstick.com/outlook/sharing...-the-internet/.
