Cannot Open Default Profile
Help! I cannot open my default profile and am getting the following error message: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. The set of Folders cannot be opened. Unknown error." I am backed up both locally and with iCloud. My secondary profile opens just fine. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium with Microsoft Office 2007. Last edited by eliz.bell; 10-24-2011 at 08:18 AM.
