Hello all
I have an issue currently with one member of our team when sending email using outlook to another user Both are using outlook 2003, both win7 32bit. SBS 2008 When User 1 sends an email to User 2, User 2 can read the email perfectly. When user 2 then goes on to either reply or forward that same message, "Error! Filename not found" is displayed under each of the two images on user 1's Signature on the copy of the original email User 1 can send the email onto anyone else in our establishment and they can read, reply forward etc perfectly. it is just when User 1 sends to User 2. I have replaced the signature of user 1 with my signature (also with 2 images on it) and it does the same, Error! Filename not found. also tried setting the download of images to automatically active and different formats of images also I have disabled disclaimers on both users exchange accounts and group accounts and still no luck. Emails that are sent from user 1's remote desktop connection (outlook 2007) work fine on user 2's machine. And Outlook web access works perfectly also Racking my brains on this one! |
