Based off the information found at Microsoft, this appears to be normal behavior.

Thank you for your reply. I guess I should have been more specific. This user WANTS to print the entire email but only gets page one. The only way right now that she can print an entire email is to click forward, then select all, copy and paste into Word. This is really a pain and quite disturbing for this very busy executive.

Sadly, outlook 2007 uses the outlook printer for all formats if a repair did not correct the issue a reinstall may be in order. Also messages can be viewed in a browser and printed from there but you won't get the message header.
Open the message, look on the Actions chunk of the ribbon - you'll see Delete, Move to folder, Create rule and Other Actions. Click on Other Actions to expand the menu. View in browser is on the menu. |
