Outlook has a somewhat limited capability to do this - you can get it to print the email when it arrives in a particular folder using Rules, but it will print the whole thing.
My company, Sperry Software, makes an add-in that automatically prints emails and you can set it to print just the first page. You can find out more at http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outlook/Auto-Print.asp . Hope this helps! Mike Sperry http://www.SperrySoftware.com Find 37 Outlook add-ins that can make a difference! |
