Hi,
in older version of outlook you could create .prf files in order to automatically connect a user to their exchange mailbox based on their username (great for pc's that have lots of users). as per: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/of...001140258.aspx is there a way to do this in office 2010? thanks tin |

In Windows 7, simple select the Control Panel, change the general view to small icons and click on the Mail icon or Mail 32 bit icon.
'Form the mail setup window' click Show Profiles. This is were you can add, remove or prompt for what profile is being used when opening Outlook. Recommended for multiple users the option " Prompt for the profile to be used". Best Regards, |
