In Windows 7, simple select the Control Panel, change the general view to small icons and click on the Mail icon or Mail 32 bit icon.

'Form the mail setup window' click Show Profiles. This is were you can add, remove or prompt for what profile is being used when opening Outlook.

Recommended for multiple users the option " Prompt for the profile to be used".
