I've been tasked to divide and export contacts between 2 employees based on their contacts location. The boss wants everything attached to the contact to go with them (tasks, journals, etc). Is this possible? I can export via CSV files, but am not able to have the imported info register with the Activities tab. any ideas?
Also, what is the easiest way to go about dividing the list? Im imagining exporting to an excel sort by location, etc then import. ..versus going through each contacts details. Is this doable? we're using 2003. thanks in advance. kevin |
