Error Outlook 2003 " Receive much mail the same at the same time"

Hi All,

I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2003, when I send a mail message ( Example: name is " A " ), I'll receive much mail the same name is " A" at the same time.

Expect people help me to fix this error, thanks!
