Online Status in the Reading Pane - Help.
Can someone please help me? I just switched to Outlook and I am about to go postal....
How do I view the online status of a sender in the reading pane? I can see the status when I open the msg, but not in the reading pane. This is driving me MAAAAAAD...... I want to know who is online at a view, so I can 'target' people appropriately. I would be very much indebted. Thanks |

When you open a message in Microsoft Outlook, or when it is displayed in the Reading Pane, the online status of a person is shown beside the sender's name. In addition, if you enabled this option, each name on the To and Cc lines will display the online status when you rest the pointer on the name.

Thanks for the reply.
My problem is that I cannot see the online status in the Reading Pane - only next to their names when I open up the email. It is so irritiating.......... |
