Online Status in the Reading Pane - Help.
Can someone please help me? I just switched to Outlook and I am about to go postal....
 How do I view the online status of a sender in the reading pane? I can see the status when I open the msg, but not in the reading pane. This is driving me MAAAAAAD...... I want to know who is online at a view, so I can 'target' people appropriately. I would be very much indebted. Thanks
