![]() I currently have a user that has multiple inboxes, one personal and one shared. From his personal in box his tasks are showing in the To Do Bar but the tasks from the shared in box aren't showing up. Does anyone know why he isn't seeing the tasks from the second inbox? (We are using the German language version of Office 2007 so I'm 100% on the terminology since I haven't used the English version Outlook for ages. If I got something wrong I apologize and if more information is needed I'll try to give as much as I can.) |

Just like a calender or folder, the task would need to be shared to be visible in the To Do Bar. Even if the user has full access over the others mailbox, Outlook will not set tasks in the the To Do bar automatically.
Simply shared the task(s) you would like to monitor and they should show in the to DO bar once they have been accepted. An Email request will be sent from the owner to the user who the task is being shared. Best Regards, |
