If this user was connected to an exchange server or Exchange Web Service platform, then all contact and mail data should be on the server. If this data did not synchronize to the Outlook 2011 program then its very possible this data was not on the server.



Macintosh computers do use a default program called Mail.app Ical and addressbook..Check these programs to see if by some chance that data is stored there.
