Change Interface Language

How do I change the interface language in Outlook 2007 to english?



Not the dictionary, not the input language but the interface of the program.

Here is 2 things that I tried: change windows to english and change outlook to english but still remains in the wrong language:

It appears that you have a non-English language version of Outlook, you will need to purchase the English language pack.

No, I have an english version but in fact there was something wrong.
I tried to run SETUP again and pushed on Add or remove Features.
It came straight up the missing English language. So I installed it and its working
