All folders on my Apple Mail IMAP email account are always syncronised.
e.g. when i open Apple mail everything is there instantly- all mail in all folders. Including mail folders used for archiving old emails. But in Outlook accessing the same IMAP account, everything has to always download each time i open the app. How do I get outlook to store everything so it's instantly accessible? Thanks! |

Outlook SHOULD be caching everything from the IMAP account locally to a PST file. If it is not I would pull out the account and add it back in.
