Default Trainiing Calendar

I am trying to put together a training calendar for our employees. I need it to be accessible on the web so they can open and view available training courses. Is there a version or way that outlook can be online for them (as a separate outlook calendar from mine) to access and view these items. If so, how and what would I have to do. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Outlook does not offer this type of feature. Your best bet is: http://www.google.com/googlecalendar...uide.html#site
