Angry Computer Glitch? HELP!

Hi! I'm having this strange issue. Please check out the attachments.

I'm in Outlook, composing an e-mail... then suddenly, a solid white box appears and whatever I was typing appears in the box... it looks sort of glitch... this happens randomly so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

This also happens in Word, Excel, surfing internet... always when I'm typing.

Restarting the program and computer didn't work. Changing to a new keyboard didn't work. Virus scan didn't work. Detect and Repair Office didn't work.

The third attachment shows what programs were running that time. Maybe a software is causing the problem?

Anyone with similar problem?

P.S. I had to blur out some important information. Bluriness is not part of the problem. I did it in Photoshop.

I'm not familiar with this issue specifically, but when was the last time you re-installed the operating system?

If it does this in most programs, it sounds like a windows registry issue, more so than an Office one.

I had the computer for over 3 years, never re-installed the OS.

I would perform a good backup and try an in-place reinstallation of Windows before a wipe and reinstall.
