Good Day,
Hope someone can help me with this issue. I did a backup of my outlook data, as well as a F9 as I was in the process of redoing my computer and needed to backup. Now when I restore my Outlook data some of the information is not present, and when I check my data files, I notice that I have two files that are the same name, and time but one has less information than the other and the file with the larger size has a different icon from the other, can anyone explain what this means and how do I get the information out of the larger file, as when I try to open in with Outlook, it tells me that its not an Outlook data file. Using Windows 7 and Outlook 2010, both 64-bit. I know that one of the files is an .ost file which I believe is the working offline storage file, I would like to know how do I get the information out of that file and into my new Outlook setup.
