Afternoon.
So we have signatures within Outlook that include the email address as a hyperlink. The default address is firstname.surname@domain.com and we ask the end user to edit this address and input their own email address. The problem is that within Outlook 2007, editing the email address does not edit the mailto: hyperlink with the corresponding email address and keeps instead the default above. This is not an issue with Outlook 2003 or 2010. How can I fix this without going to visit every client PC and manualy editing the Mailto: hyperlink? Cheers, Lee. |
