When I go into OWA and into Sent Items and forward a message from there that was and remains HTML, it looks fine when I'm sending it and it looks fine in OWA after I sent it...
But when I go to an Outlook client and look at what it sent, both in Sent Items and in the Inbox, it added those dread extra line breaks. The only way I found to avoid this is to first change the message I'm in the process of forwarding to Plain Text and then back to HTML, at which point I have to redo the font and font size that I want and I have to redo any indents that I want. (Hanging indents isn't available any longer so those are lost.) And even then, I have to "hope" it did it right because I have no way of knowing how it will look when someone opens it in Outlook (can't even rely on checking in my Sent Items folder in OWA after I've sent it since what I see isn't necessarily what they will get). There's no question it's purely an issue with OWA. If I forward the same messages from my Sent Items folder in Outlook, this never occurs. Is there not a better way? Thanks. |
