To help narrow down possible causes, not yet performed, please answer some questions.
Are these messages on your "Computer B? Do both computers connect using the exchange protocol? If not IMAP or PO? When you select Folder List, do you have conflicts? Are these messages found in the conflicts folder? With your exchange hosted service, do you have access to outlook Web Access or Web App? Are these messages located under options > Deleted Items?
