Hi all
This is my first post so be gentle!! When clicking on a hyperlink in an email that will take you to a webpage requiring a username and password I have noticed that if using Internet Explorer (im using version 8) it cannot resolve the webpage. If you refresh the page the username and password prompt appears. Any bright ideas would be gratefully appreciated. |

This wouldn't be an issue with Outlook itself. Have you tried opening the link with a different web browser? (Chrome/Firefox) You could also try upgrading to IE9 and see if the issue still occurs.

Hi Shawn, thanks for the reply. I think you're right, it isn't anything to do with outlook. If using firefox or chrome browser the username and password prompt appears 1st time.
It would appear to be an Internet explorer issue so I will go for the IE 9 download and see how I get on. Cheers |
