Hi Shawn, thanks for the reply. I think you're right, it isn't anything to do with outlook. If using firefox or chrome browser the username and password prompt appears 1st time.
It would appear to be an Internet explorer issue so I will go for the IE 9 download and see how I get on. Cheers
