Outlook Mail Shortcut Keys?

I have a problem with some combination of keys automatically sending email message. Looking for documentation or someone who knows what keys cause this to happen. Dell Inspiron 1720 laptop computer, Vista, and Outlook 2007. Thanks if you can help.

I still don't see a shortcut that sends an email message automatically. Can someone else help me if you have had this issue. Thanks.
