Hi,
I'm sure this must have been asked before a zillion times, but I can't seem to locate any previous post on it. I'm switching PIMs to Outlook and I am not yet too familiar with OU features so please enlighten me! Outlook 2010: I have several contacts working in the same company... don't want to have to enter the company's address, phones, etc. everytime. Also when I have to update any piece of information (fe. changing address) it'd be nice to do it once and not N times (as many as contacts I have working on that company!) Is there any way to create ONE company record and link the different individual contacts to that record? Thanks |
