We utilize an Exchange Server and Outlook 2007 for email. We have a group email setup where around 10 people are tied to. Is there a way to utilize this group email as a queue?
We are trying to have it where when one person accepts the email that it would show everyone else who is already hadnling the email without having a supervisor assign 200-300 tasks a day. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Sorry Outlook is not setup to work this way, it sounds like you need a ticketing system.
Something like http://osticket.com/ (free) |
