Outlook Group By Setting not saved

Hi - I would be grateful for advice regarding the following.

I have just recently upgraded to Windows 7 and then re-installed Office 2007.

When I change the Current View of a folder via "Customise Current View" to "All Collapse" and save, it then reopens back to the default (as last viewed)

Clearly the setting is not being saved.

Any ideas?

Could be your view is corrupt. You could try starting Outlook with the /cleanviews switch. See if this helps - http://www.officeforlawyers.com/outlook/tsol.htm#CLS NOTE: Any custom views you've created will be lost if you do that.
