Default Outlook meetings

Hi All,

I have several meetings that i have arranged. The problem that i am having is that others are inviting attendees that should not be coming to these meetings due to client confidentiality etc.

Is there any way that i can change the meeting so that only i can invite attendees? I just cant figure out how to do this. any help would be much appreciated.

You will need to use IRM so these invites are only able to be opened by the users they were sent to.
