Okay, so I was searching for this recently, and no one had posted a solution yet, but I found one under a related post which wasn't a direct answer to this. In Outlook, at the bottom left of the screen your outlook items are listed (Mail, Calendar, Contacts, etc.). If you right click calendar at that point, it gives you the option to open in a new window and from there you are able to choose which calendar you want to view, including the shared calendars you have added, and you can do this for as many calendars as necessary.
