Is this a POP or IMAP connection? You may want to make sure that the first profile you set up didn't download and remove the messages from the server. If you set the connection up as POP, by default Outlook will remove messages from the server after it downloads them to the Inbox. This would mean that they would be present in the PST file that was associated with the profile you set up, and would no longer be on the server to download a second time.
Have you tried sending yourself an email to see if you receive that or any new messages? -SW |
