![]() I have 25 e-mail messages in a folder. I would like a nice easy method to copy all the addresses into a distribution list. How? |

1) The first line should state that one needs to create a token message and address it to all those involved. You can use CC or BCC but you will not be sending it. (When you are done, you could cut/paste the names into the body of the message and send it to your self in case you need the list again.) Now you can right click on the recipients as the explanation says (-: The explanation does not give any reference in how to name the new contact list or how to find it again. Somehow, I created it totally by guessing and I am not sure how to explain it. All in all, I got through it... Thanks |
