send/recieve download preferences is missing
I notice that the "download" button in the "preferences" panel of the "send/recieve" tab is missing. It appears between "dial up connection" and "work offline" in a picture on the microsoft help page, but not in my version of outlook, which is quite new. Do others see this, or not, and why? How might I make this visible?

John,
How are you setting up the account: POP, IMAP, or Exchange? It is not going to show for IMAP or POP accounts. Only for Exchange accounts.
