Default Automatic Email Template when Click 'New'

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone can help me.

I am looking to create an automatic email for one of my email accounts that will have a template of:

Dear...,

Thank you for contacting McGoo Industries.

<Type email here>

Regards,

Mr McGoo,
McGoo Industries,
McGooVille,
USA
Ph: +1 555 555555

This is just a template email that I want my team to use every time they send an email.

I initially thought of putting this in a signature, but when I create the signature, it starts 2 lines from the top and to get my team to delete these 2 lines would be a hassle!

Anyway, I was wondering if there is anyway that when I click "New" email, that this is automatically what the team see?

I know you can use Quick Parts, but that doesn't inser it automatically.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Eoin
