I have got a little question to ask. Is there any method to limit the outlook or outlook express users to send to specific Recipient on the list?

If email Recipient is not on the list, they are not going to receive those email.

Are there any rule of the outlook or outlook express can be set by the sys admin?

Hi Can anybody tell me how to add new similies other then existing one in outlook 2007. so that i can use them in emails.

You can setup a Distribution List. This way when a user send an email to the Distribution List, the email will only be sent to the users that are added in the list.


Sushnat, You would need to download a 3rd party program to add more smilies.
