Hi,
Is it possible to have an auto-responder which works regardless of whether the user is logged into the account or not? Like an Out of Office but without saying "Out of Office" on the auto-responder message? The only way I can see of doing it is to keep a machine on constantly with the user logged in - which isn't practical. Reason for this is so we can have a "Thanks for your contacting us - We'll get back to you within x hours" sort of reply. Thank you, N. ![]() |
