Please help me:

Whenever i open Outlook i receive the following message :

The Add-in "AVG Exchange Extension" (C:\PROGRA~1\AVG\AVG8\avgxch32.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in.

You have an add-in in Outlook that cannot be loaded. If you didn't add it to Outlook, it may have been added when you installed/updated AVG. You may need to check to see if AVG needs to be updated, or you need to remove the add-in from Outlook completely.

Yes i want to remove the add-in from Outlook completely

But how ? I tried few ways but i'm not able to do so

Actually the IT dept. tech support guys at my office are suppose to solve this issue, but they are least bothered.

Please help me out

To disable the add-in, use the following steps:

1. Click on the Tools menu.
2. Click on Trust Center.
3. Click on Add-ins.
4. In the Manage box, make sure COM Add-ins is listed and click the Go button.
5. Remove the checkmark next to the Add-in that you want to disable, and click OK. You can also remove the Add-in entirely by highlighting it and clicking Remove (I'd recommend just disabling it first).

But i already tried this before, but i didn't find any Add-in related to AVG available.

I wanted to attach the screen shot, but I'm unable to do so, is it possible to attach files

In the steps Kaneto provided, in the COM Add-Ins box, there is no AVG Exchange Extension? It would be one of the first few listed in that box.
