Hello,



It seems that your Outlook .pst file has been corrupted. To fix this issue, find the Inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe) at the below mentioned location in your computer.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\<locale ID>\scanpst.exe

Run this utility and scan your .pst file with it. This might show you some errors and will ask you to create the back up of your .pst file before starting the repair process.
