Outloook 2007 Inbox issue

I am running Outlook 2007 and randomly everything in my Inbox disappers and says " no new items" like there is nothing in my inbox. But If i scroll down and up real fast or click on Outbox and back to inbox it will come back every once in a while.

I am connect to exchange 2010

Any idea? Thoughts?

I would try removing your Exchange profile and setting it back up.
