Hello,
I'm trying everything to figure this out! Here is my problem, or maybe I should start with a question of theory: If my Windows Phone 7 can connect to my Exchange Account, and I can log in via Web Access to my Exchange Account, and on top of that, my colleagues can access their Exchange Accounts using Entourage 2008 fro Mac, why can't I access my Exchange Account with my Outlook 2010?! To elaborate, we are essentially working out in the field, and not on a VPN, which our two, possibly inadequate, IT guys tell me is necessary to access my Exchange. They were also completely surprised when I told them my colleagues can log in via Entourage. Very confusing to me, and I've tried a bunch of different things, but am ready now to start over again with some expert advice by hopefully someone who is familiar with this problem. Thank you, anyone who can help! |

Have you setup your Outlook 2010 with Exchange yet? If so, are you getting any errors when opening Outlook?

Yes, plenty of different errors ranging from "could not connect to Exchange Server" to "username and password are not correct."
All the errors occur after I click 'next' after manually setting up my Exchange account. Outlook can't find my settings if I try to let it set it up automatically as well. |
